The Authorized Treating Physician (ATP) is the key component in treating a workers’ compensation patient. Understanding what the doctors “think“ they can do and what the law permits is crucial to your claim.

This informative event being held on Wednesday, April 24, at Maggiano's Cumberland will present cases illustrating reasonable expectations of the ATP and provide real-life examples of how to best facilitate claims. A robust Q&A session will allow attendees to highlight issues that adjusters face when working with the ATP.
