WEBINAR: Insurance Litigation in a Post-Pandemic World

Webinar
07.30.2020

Swift Currie partner Bill Casey, Shiver Hamilton partner Jeff Shiver and DecisionQuest jury consultant Philip Anthony will host the webinar "Insurance Litigation in a Post-Pandemic World" on July 30, 2020, from 1-2 p.m. Eastern.

COVID-19 has changed court proceedings and trials in a short period of time. What effect will the pandemic have as we move forward in the court system? During the webinar, attorneys from the defense and plaintiff side, as well as a jury consultant, will provide an inside look into jury trials and juror attitudes in the post-pandemic world.

Attendees will learn about the state of the court system, new restrictions and how the pandemic may affect your approach to settlement.

The webinar will offer one general hour of continuing education credit (pending approval) for attendees registered with the Georgia Department of Insurance.

Instructions to join webinar will be emailed to registrants closer to the date of the program.
