WEBINAR: Why Does It Always Feel Like Somebody's Watching Me? Surveillance and Investigations in a Digital Age

Webinar
11.04.2020

Attorneys Jeff Stinson and Dustin Thompson will host the webinar, "Why Does It Always Feel Like Somebody's Watching Me? Surveillance and Investigations in a Digital Age," on Nov. 4 from 1-2 p.m. Eastern.

With the rise of technology and a global pandemic, employers and insurers have an increased ability to monitor and investigate injured workers and their activities, while facing limits at the same time as many people are not "out and about” as they were pre-pandemic.

This webinar will provide tips and tricks for ethically investigating claims and injured workers’ activities, as well as discuss some of the obstacles and evidentiary hurdles in obtaining and presenting evidence.

The webinar will offer one ethics continuing education credit for attendees registered with the Georgia Department of Insurance.

Instructions to join webinar will be emailed to registrants closer to the date of the program.
