WEBINAR: The Construction Defect Coverage Conundrum

Webinar
09.16.2020

Attorneys Brian Richardson and Brandon Clapp will host the webinar, "The Construction Defect Coverage Conundrum: Tips for Evaluating Insurance Coverage for Construction Defect Claims," on Sept. 16 from 1-2 p.m. Eastern.

Whether a construction defect claim is covered under the standard Commercial General Liability (CGL) insurance policy is one of the most frequently litigated coverage issues. The outcome is fact intensive and dependent on which state’s law applies to the particular claim.

This webinar will provide guidance for claims professionals to identify and determine coverage issues for construction defect claims.

The webinar will offer one general hour of continuing education credit (pending approval) for attendees registered with the Georgia Department of Insurance.

Instructions to join webinar will be emailed to registrants closer to the date of the program.
