Overview

A Savannah native, Jonathan "Jon" Wilson represents employers, insurers, self-insureds and third-party administrators in coastal Georgia and across the state in workers’ compensation defense and related matters.

Jon handles all aspects of litigated and non-litigated workers’ compensation claims, including advising employers on workplace procedures, developing policies and manuals to ensure consistent claim management and representing clients before the Georgia State Board of Workers’ Compensation and on appeal.

Jon represents automobile and consumer goods manufacturers, restaurants and businesses throughout the food supply chain, and members of the construction industry — including framers, roofers and stonemasons. He also defends complex cases involving employer-employee relationship disputes and insurance coverage issues.

Known for his disciplined and practical approach, Jon works closely with clients to identify risk, control costs and resolve claims efficiently while protecting long-term business interests.

Prior to attending law school, Jon worked as a paralegal.
