Attorneys Fred Ferrand and Kori Eskridge will host the webinar, "COVID Calamity: How Courts and Legislatures are Responding to COVID-Related Business Interruption Claims," on Oct. 28 from 1-2 p.m. Eastern.

Ferrand and Eskridge will review policy provisions applicable to COVID-19 business interruption claims and discuss how courts have historically ruled on these provisions, along with how courts are ruling on COVID-19 claims under the same provisions.

In addition, they will discuss legislative efforts to retroactively change policy provisions to provide coverage for COVID-19 business interruption claims and updates on the status of these efforts.

The webinar will offer one general hour of continuing education credit (pending approval) for attendees registered with the Georgia Department of Insurance.
