An unfortunate consequence of the COVID-19 pandemic has been the widespread closure of restaurants and other retail establishments. Many businesses are looking to their property insurers for coverage for their lost business income during this time period. In fact, multiple lawsuits have already been filed across the country.
During this webinar, Chartash and Maple will explore the coverage issues associated with lost business income claims due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The webinar will offer one general hour of continuing education credit for attendees registered with the Georgia Department of Insurance.
