Pamela Lee practices in the firm’s litigation section. Ms. Lee devotes her entire practice to litigation, including various tort liability litigation, insurance coverage disputes and the defense of insurance bad faith matters. Her liability practice is wide and varied, encompassing premises liability, products liability, escalator and elevator liability, automobile liability and general personal injury law. She has experience in all stages of litigation, inclusive of trial and appellate work, and she secured a victory at the Court of Appeals on a premises liability matter, along with the successful defense of a spoliation claim.
Ms. Lee was elected as the vice president of the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association and is a member of the Steering Committees for three Defense Research Institute sections: Retail and Hospitality, Women in the Law and Trial Tactics. At Swift Currie, Ms. Lee is the co-chair of the Diversity Committee and sits on the Hiring Committee.
Ms. Lee received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the Mercer University School of Law in 2006, where she was a member of the Mercer Law Review and pupil with the William Augustus Bootle Inn of Court.
Outside of the office, Ms. Lee served on the governing board of Brighten Academy in Douglasville, Georgia from 2014 to 2016. Brighten Academy was awarded the distinction of Georgia Charter School of the Year for 2014.

Ms. Lee is a native Virginian who now resides in Newnan, Georgia, with her husband, Chris; son, Jackson; and her daughters, Addison and Lillian. She is also an active member of Crossroads Church in Sharpsburg, Georgia.
