Pamela Lee to Speak at DRI Trial Skills and Damages Seminar

Park MGM Las Vegas
03.20.2019

Partner Pamela Lee will speak alongside attorneys Brandon Ehrie of Lewis Wagner and Sidney Kanazawa of McGuire Woods at the DRI Trial Skills and Damages Seminar in Las Vegas, Nevada, on March 20, 2019. The trio will present "Ethically Navigating PR Issues in Mass Casualty or Large Loss Case."

"In today’s heated, instant social media world, a distant courtroom defense to an immediately unfolding crisis is usually too little too late. The court of public opinion commonly demands more — from the moment of the crisis to the final judgment on appeal — forcing lawyers to advise their clients on how to respond ethically and practically without causing greater harm."

The seminar will be held at Park MGM Las Vegas from March 20-22, 2019. Attendees will learn effective techniques to successfully navigate complex damages cases and present an argument on a motion in limine, how experts leverage technology to perform investigations and educate juries, strategies and skills for effective use of medical and damages experts and how to handle decision points leading up to trial.
