Swift Currie Attorneys Recognized in the Georgia Bar Journal

06.26.2018

Four attorneys with Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers, LLP, were recognized in the Bench & Bar section of the June 2018 Georgia Bar Journal. Michael Rosetti was included in the “Kudos” list for his recent election to the board of governors for The College of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers (CWCL), which was established to honor those attorneys who have distinguished themselves in their practice of workers’ compensation. Members of CWCL have been nominated for the outstanding traits they have developed in their practice of 20 years or longer, representing plaintiffs, defendants, serving as judges or acting for the benefit of all in education, overseeing agencies and developing legislation.

William T. Casey, Jr., Richie Foster and Erica Morton were also included in the publication’s “On the Move” announcements as they recently joined the firm as partners. Casey’s practice focuses on insurance defense litigation. Foster focuses his practice on motor carrier liability, commercial insurance coverage and general commercial insurance defense. Morton focuses her practice in the areas of premises liability, automobile liability, product liability, construction law and insurance coverage disputes.
