WEBINAR: Burning Down the House

Webinar
04.16.2019

Birmingham-based attorneys Brian Richardson and Murray Flint, along with Atlanta-based partner Fred Ferrand, will host "Burning Down the House: Strategies for Effectively Handling Arson and Fraud Claims" on Tuesday, April 16, 2019, from 1-2 p.m. ET.

This webinar will focus on recent investigative tools and practices used when investigating and evaluating an insured’s insurance claim. Ferrand, Richardson and Flint will address the importance of these tools and practices when preparing for and conducting an examination under oath and ultimately offering a coverage opinion. They will also discuss additional materials we rely on, such as bankruptcy schedules, social media and applications for government assistance. Finally, they will cover practice tips for a reasonable investigation that can protect you in bad faith litigation.

The webinar will offer one general hour of continuing education credit for attendees registered with the Georgia and/or Alabama departments of insurance.
