Overview

Brittney A. Sizemore represents insurance companies with a national presence in matters related to arson and fraud, commercial litigation and insurance coverage. She is experienced in evaluating the facts of each individual case to formulate effective defense strategies for her clients.

Prior to joining Swift Currie, Brittney practiced at another law firm in metro Atlanta, where she represented clients in litigation matters, focusing on negligence and insurance coverage claims.

As a college athlete, Brittney understands the importance of time management. She applies this to her practice by providing her clients with strategies for successful, efficient claim resolution.

While earning her J.D. from Mercer University School of Law, Brittney served as a judicial law clerk for the Superior Court of Bibb County in Macon, Georgia, and was a member of the Mercer Law Review. She received her B.S. in business and public policy from Young Harris College.
