Swift Currie Birmingham Attorneys Recognized Among Mid-South Super Lawyers Rising Stars
Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers, LLP, is pleased to announce two of its Birmingham-based attorneys have been named as Rising Stars in the 2019 Mid-South Super Lawyers list. Brandon J. Clapp and Brian C. Richardson were each recognized for the second consecutive year in the Insurance Coverage category. No more than 2.5 percent of lawyers across Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi and Tennessee are honored as Rising Stars, who must be 40 years old or younger or have been practicing for less than 10 years.
Clapp and Richardson practice in Swift Currie’s coverage and commercial litigation section. They represent clients in a variety of litigation matters related to insurance coverage, construction, employment, premises and products liability, transportation, wrongful death and other commercial claims.
Clapp earned his undergraduate degree from Hampden-Sydney College and his law degree from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University.
Richardson earned his undergraduate degree from Auburn University and his law degree from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University.
