WEBINAR: UM . . . Is This Covered? A Helpful Summary of Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist Coverage in Alabama

Webinar
04.07.2021

Attorneys Brian Richardson and Murray Flint will host the webinar, "UM . . . Is This Covered? A Helpful Summary of Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist Coverage in Alabama," on April 7 from 1-2 p.m. Eastern.

Some uninsured motorist (UM) claims are exceptionally simple — a breath of fresh air in your day-to-day work. Other UM claims, however, present a number of complicated coverage issues and delicate procedures to follow. An early, thorough evaluation of these claims can expose potential defenses and pitfalls to avoid.

Join the attorneys as they provide an overview of UM law in Alabama, explain some of the most common coverage issues in UM claims and delve into the procedures for evaluating third-party settlements.

The webinar will offer one general hour of continuing education credit (pending approval) for attendees registered with the Georgia and Alabama departments of insurance.

Instructions to join webinar will be emailed to registrants closer to the date of the program.
