In the past year, we have routinely seen plaintiffs serve non-party requests for production and subpoenas directly to insurance companies for their claim files and other materials.
During this webinar, insurers will learn important factors to consider when responding to these requests.
The webinar will offer one general hour of continuing education credit (pending approval) for attendees registered with the Georgia Department of Insurance.
