Attorneys Kelly Chartash and Kori Eskridge will host the webinar “Is it Rude to Talk About Money? No, Let's Talk About Damages!” on May 17, 2022, from 1-2 p.m. Eastern.

  • the interplay between O.C.G.A. § 13-6-11 and O.C.G.A. § 9-11-68 in light of recent Georgia case law
  • other considerations when evaluating damages, such as witness credibility and venue
  • how COVID-19 has affected the evaluation and award of damages
