Webinar
11.20.2024 | 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm EST

Attorneys Jeff Adams and Vanessa Francois will host the webinar "Making Lemonade – The Recipe for Successful Defense of Lemon Law and Breach of Warranty Claims" on November 20, 2024, from 1-2 p.m. Eastern.

In this webinar, our attorneys will address the pitfalls of defending claims brought under Georgia’s lemon law in the attorney general’s consumer protection division, claims under the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and tactics claimants are using to try to increase the value of these claims. The attorneys will outline why immediate action is needed, the nuanced procedural differences depending on when in a vehicle’s life cycle a claim arises and best practices for evaluation and response.

The webinar will offer one hour of continuing education credit for attendees registered with the Georgia Department of Insurance (pending approval).
