Jeff Adams

Jeffrey “Jeff” S. Adams is an associate attorney in Swift Currie’s Atlanta office. He focuses his practice on automobile litigation, catastrophic injury and wrongful death, commercial litigation, products liability and trucking litigation. Jeff’s primary clients are automobile manufacturers, product designers, technology companies, governmental organizations and insurers.

Prior to joining Swift Currie, Jeff gained experience in assisting emerging technology companies to establish favorable precedent essential to the continued success of their business. He also has experience in balancing concerns outside the legal sphere, such as business impact and public relations concerns, to achieve global goals.

Jeff also previously secured summary judgment in slip and fall action where evidence showed a hazard had been placed by a customer mere moments before the plaintiff arrived at the scene and fell. Jeff was able to draft a successful summary judgment motion by demonstrating that the premises owner’s employees had no reasonable opportunity to identify and resolve the hazard before the plaintiff fell.

In his work, Jeff prioritizes his persuasive writing abilities, attention to detail, patience and staying current on technological advancements relevant to his work and clients’ businesses. Jeff believes in keeping a calm demeanor and a clear head during stressful moments.

Jeff earned his J.D. from Emory University School of Law. He received his B.A. from Vanderbilt University.
