WEBINAR: Don’t Break the Bank: Best Practices for Avoiding Costly WC Claims

Webinar
04.14.2022 | 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm EST

Attorneys Blake Staten and Scotty Hoffman will host the webinar “Don’t Break the Bank: Best Practices for Avoiding Costly WC Claims,” on April 14, 2022, from 1-2 p.m. Eastern.

Mitigating the exposure posed by a workers’ compensation claim begins before an accident even occurs. Employers must be aware of their obligations under the Act and ensure certain procedures are in place to address and contain workers’ compensation claims. Certain omissions on their part can often lead to high exposure scenarios and long-term claims with severe consequences. This webinar will equip the viewer with vital information and necessary pre- and post-accident tools to manage, contain, and often successfully dispose of otherwise costly claims.

The webinar will offer one general hour of continuing education credit for attendees registered with the Georgia Department of Insurance.

Instructions to join webinar will be emailed to registrants closer to the date of the program.
