Overview

G. Scott “Scotty” Hoffman is an attorney practicing in the firm’s workers’ compensation section, defending insurance companies in claims throughout Georgia.

Scotty provides personable representation and thoroughly analyzes the issues and possibilities of each specific matter. Understanding that cooperation is a key element of successfully resolving workers’ compensation claims, he works diligently to make certain involved parties receive a fair and entitled outcome, while ensuring favorable results for his clients.

While earning his J.D. at Georgia State University College of Law, Scotty managed clients’ cases and performed research as a student attorney at the Philip C. Cook Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic. Additionally, he worked as an assistant at a private mediation firm and now uses his experience hearing both sides of a claim to measure the true value of a case and offer clients insight into the claimant’s perspective. Prior to attending law school, Scotty received his B.A. from Georgia State University.
