Melissa Segel and Rebecca Strickland will be speaking at the 2017 International Association of Special Investigation Units (IASIU) seminar Sept.10-13 entitled "Unmasking Insurance Fraud." They will be speaking on "Litigating Third Party Personal Injury Cases with Litigation Funding Companies Involved." Their presentation will be discussed during the session "Personal Injury Defense in the Age of Litigation Funding Companies." Segel and Strickland will discuss and address issues which often arise in third party liability litigation including the reasonableness and necessity of medical charges and accounting for litigation funding companies in third-party liability defense.

The seminar will be held in New Orleans, Louisiana, at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel.
