Anandhi Rajan Speaking at State Bar of Georgia Dispute Resolution Section Zoom CLE

Zoom
10.20.2022 | 8:50 AM - 2:30 PM EST

Swift Currie partner Anandhi Rajan will speak as a panelist during the State Bar of Georgia Dispute Resolution Section Zoom CLE on October 20, 2022.

The American Bar Association recognizes the third week in October as Mediation Week to educate lawyers, dispute resolution professionals, students, and the public about mediation and related forms of collaborative problem solving. This year we are excited to join the ABA’s initiative and to co-sponsor a virtual program featuring an advanced dialogue between Georgia litigators and mediators on the mediation process.

Please mark your calendars and join your Dispute Resolution Section and the Atlanta Bar Association’s Dispute Resolution Section for a joint, virtual program on October 20th, 2022 8:50 AM - 2:30 PM EDT on mediation best practices.

In the morning, our speakers will break down mediation to its basic elements, exploring litigators’ and mediators’ perspectives on what makes mediation successful and satisfactory. Then, in a series of roundtable discussions geared to seasoned practitioners, our panelists will discuss conflicting and competing practical mediation considerations. Throughout, we will offer an interactive chat feature for attendees.

The registration fee is $20.00, which covers the cost of CLE credits. Five hours of CLE credit are being applied for (5 hours trial/general). Materials will be circulated to attendees on the day of the event.
