Overview

Sara S. Phillips is an associate attorney in Swift Currie’s Atlanta office. She focuses her practice on representing employers and insurance companies by handling and resolving their workers’ compensation claims.

Before joining Swift Currie, Sara had taken dozens of depositions and settled as many claims. In her work, Sara guides her clients through the legal process by presenting them with options, explanations and recommendations to resolve or manage their claims in the most favorable way possible. Outside of legal work, Sara has extensive experience in customer service, which taught her how to anticipate client needs and how to explain all sides of an issue from a legal standpoint in a way that is understandable. She currently serves on Swift Currie's business development committee.

Sara earned her J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law. She received her B.A. from the University of Georgia.
