Overview

Mollie Beth Amick is an associate attorney with Swift Currie’s coverage and commercial litigation group. Specifically, her practice focuses on automobile litigation, commercial litigation, insurance coverage and premises liability.

Prior to joining Swift Currie, Mollie Beth practiced at a boutique firm in St. Louis, Missouri that specialized in domestic litigation. She counseled clients on various family law matters, working in high-stakes and emotionally charged cases where she learned the importance of building strong client relationships to fully understand each client’s interests and priorities.

In her practice, Mollie Beth prioritizes active listening with her clients to discern their needs and contextualize those needs alongside the legal implications of each case. As she guides clients through the litigation process, Mollie Beth recognizes the importance of thoughtful analysis and frequent communication for finding a swift resolution of matters.

Mollie Beth earned her J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law. She received her M.B.A. from Samford University and her B.A. from the University of Alabama.
