Swift Currie Partner Lane Finch Appointed as Vice Chair of DRI Insurance Roundtable Steering Committee

Headshot of Lane FinchSwift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers, LLP, is pleased to announce partner Lane Finch has been appointed as Vice Chair of the DRI Insurance Roundtable Steering Committee. The roundtable is an invitation-only event for top insurance executives and outside coverage attorneys.

As a member of the steering committee, Finch will work toward the continual growth and future success of DRI, which is the leading organization of defense attorneys and in-house counsel.

Finch is an active member of DRI, serving in various leadership roles, planning national programs and frequently speaking at the organization's events. Currently, he chairs the Insurance Law Committee in addition to his role on the Insurance Roundtable Steering Committee. 

Finch is a creative and analytical problem solver. For more than 30 years, he has counseled insurance carriers on a broad range of claims and coverage disputes, as well as litigated extra-contractual claims and class actions. He has also tried a variety of personal injury, commercial and coverage cases. Finch received his law degree from University of California, Hastings College of the Law and practiced in California before joining the Alabama State Bar in 1993.
