The Daily Report quoted managing partner Terry Brantley in an article discussing how Atlanta law firms are maintaining client service while instituting remote-work policies to keep employees safe during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Additionally, ALM’s Mid-Market Report published a collection of updates, including insight from Brantley, on what regional firms across the country are doing in light of COVID-19.

“It’s easier to be more cautious,” said Brantley, encouraging everyone to shut down activities as much as possible and wash their hands frequently. He further stated counsel on both sides have been “willing to work together” to handle the disruptions caused by the shut down of court functions.

In order to ensure uninterrupted service and the safety of employees, Swift Currie's management has moved the firm to a remote-work environment and enforced restrictions on all nonessential travel. All employees working from home have access to the same resources and technology they do in the office.
