Defense Verdict Secured in Cobb County Motor Vehicle Trial

Swift Currie attorneys Melissa Segel and Kayla McCallum secured a defense verdict in a motor vehicle accident jury trial in the State Court of Cobb County. The plaintiff sought $60,000 in damages, but after a two-day trial, the jury returned a verdict in favor of the defendant and awarded no damages.
