Attorneys Doug Brown and Ann McElroy will host the webinar, "Show Me the Money! Controlling Claim Costs Before, At the Time of and After a Work Accident" on May 26 from 1-2 p.m. Eastern.
Decisions an employer and insurer make prior to, at the time of and following a work accident have a direct effect on an injured employee’s health, as well as the financial bottom line for the employer and/or insurer.
Brown and McElroy will discuss policies and protocols on how to professionally manage a claim for the benefit of the injured employee, decrease exposure and costs for the employer/insurer and handle investigations in an ethical manner.
The webinar will offer one ethics hour of continuing education credit for attendees registered with the Georgia Department of Insurance.
