06.15.2022 | 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm EST

Attorneys Mark Irby and Brandon Rosenstein will host the webinar “Is There a Doctor in the House?! The Panel of Physicians and Its Importance in Managing Workers' Compensation Claims,” on June 15, 2022, from 1-2 p.m. Eastern.

One of the most critical aspects in any workers’ compensation claim is proper management, and the best way to ensure proper control and management of a claim is by maintaining control of the claimant’s medical treatment.

This presentation will discuss securing control of medical treatment by properly posting and maintaining a panel of physicians onsite. The ins and outs of maintaining an adequate Panel of Physicians, properly training your employees on the panel and avoiding common pitfalls that lead to a loss of control of medical treatment will be explained at length. Additionally, practical tips to ensure additional security in relation to the Panel will be provided.

The webinar will offer one general hour of continuing education credit for attendees registered with the Georgia Department of Insurance.

Click here to register. Instructions to join webinar will be emailed to registrants closer to the date of the program.
