Swift Currie Attorneys Speaking at DRI 2019 Insurance Coverage and Practice Symposium

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
12.05.2019

Partners Lane Finch and Jessica Phillips will speak at the DRI 2019 Insurance Coverage and Practice Symposium on Dec. 5 in New York, New York.

Finch will help kick off the event by hosting the first-time-attendees breakfast. Later in the morning, Phillips will take the stage with James Hicks of Foley & Mansfield to present "Difficult Fire Cases That Keep You Up at Night." The pair will address large fire claims and the myriad of issues they present, including whether the loss implicates a fraud or arson investigation, the effect of unprecedented rises in construction costs on ACV and RC values, policy renewal considerations and other issues in complex fire cases.

DRI’s Insurance Coverage and Practice Symposium is an educational event for insurance executives, claims professionals and outside counsel specializing in insurance coverage. This year’s symposium offers an opportunity to engage with a distinguished faculty of insurance industry leaders, experts and coverage lawyers on emerging issues, recent court rulings, national trends and the future of insurance coverage law.

The full program will be held from Dec. 5-6 at the Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel.
