Three Swift Currie Attorneys Speaking at ICLE 2021 Workers' Compensation Law Institute

Swift Currie partners Todd Brooks, Chad Harris and Preston Holloway will serve as panelists at the State Bar of Georgia ICLE Workers' Compensation Law Institute in Jekyll Island, Georgia. 

On. Oct 8, 2021, Brooks will speak on the panel, "General Trial Practices Including Remote Hearings, Post Pandemic Changes and the Rules of Professional Conduct," from 10-11 a.m. Following this presentation, Harris will join the panel, "Frett v. State Farm: How Will Things Change," from 11:15 a.m.-12 p.m.

On Oct. 9, 2021, Holloway will speak on final panel of the conference, "Appellate Division Cases," from 12:15-1 p.m.

The full program will be held from Oct. 7-9, 2021, at the Jekyll Island Convention Center.
