Partner Anandhi Rajan to Speak at NRRDA 2018 Annual Conference

Partner Anandhi Rajan will speak on March 1 at the National Retail & Restaurant Defense Association (NRRDA) 2018 Annual Conference. Rajan will take part in a panel titled, "Employment Law Updates in the Era of Trump, Dreamers and the #MeToo Movement."

Rajan, along with additional panelists, will review Trump's leadership changes at federal agencies and his rescinding of initiatives created by Obama. They will also discuss Dreamers and their limbo status as it impacts the retail and restaurant industry and how the #MeToo movement will affect the way in which employers and insurers handle harassment claims.

The NRRDA 2018 Annual Conference will be held from February 28 to March 2 at the JW Marriott in New Orleans, Louisiana. The JW Marriott is located at 614 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA 70130.
