Crystal McElrath Presenting at 2018 Society for Human Resource Management Georgia Legal Summit
Crystal McElrath will be speaking at the 2018 Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Georgia Legal Summit on May 4, 2018, in Savannah, GA. She is slated to present during the 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. breakout session. Her presentation is titled, "Double Duty: Reconciling Employee Handbook Policies to Comply with Federal Employment Laws and the Georgia Workers' Compensation Act."
The summit features Lilly Ledbetter, who is best known for her discrimination case against Goodyear and fight for equal rights and pay in the workplace. In 2009, congress passed the Lilly Ledbetter Fairpay Act.
The event will be held at the Savannah International Trade and Convention Center located at 1 International Drive, Savannah, GA 31421.
