Ashley Webber Speaking at The Trial Network Litigation Management SuperCourse

The Sanctuary at Kiawah Island Golf Resort
11.05.2021

On Nov. 5, 2021, partner Ashley Webber will present, "Track D: Selecting the Right Mediator for Your Case," at The Trial Network's Litigation Management SuperCourse — In-House and Outside Counsel: In Sync and In Person.

Not all mediators are created equal. There are differing personalities and styles; diverse backgrounds, experience and skills; cost differentials; and reputations to consider based on all parties and facts involved in the matter. During this session, Webber will discuss best practices for selection and most effective use of the right mediator by varying types of cases, venues, damages claimed and opposing attorneys.

The full program will be held from Nov. 4-6, 2021 at the Sanctuary at Kiawah Island Golf Resort in Kiawah Island, South Carolina.

The Trial Network's Litigation Management SuperCourses "bring together thought leaders on cutting-edge litigation topics with clients for comprehensive three-day CLE programs that highlight members’ expertise while facilitating the development of trusted advisor relationships among members and their clients."
