Anandhi Rajan will speak at the National Business Institute's (NBI) Advancing Employment Law: What You Need to Know seminar on Oct. 17. The advanced program is designed to provide valuable legal information that attorneys, human resource managers, presidents, vice presidents, CFOs and those in similar positions need to navigate the rapidly changing employment law landscape.
Rajan is tackling the fifth topic of the first day, "Retaliation Claim Legal Strategies: Defense, Counter-Suites and More." Retaliation claims are the most common type of claim filed against employers by employees. As these claims are fraught with peril, Rajan will offer insight on how to handle them carefully to avoid unfavorable outcomes.
