Attorneys Murray Flint and Derek Goff will host the webinar "Premises Liability Cases in Georgia and Alabama: Duties, Defenses and Dispositive Motions" on April 27, 2023, from 1-2 p.m. Eastern.
This webinar will focus on elements of premises liability cases in Georgia and Alabama presented from a defense perspective. Our attorneys will explore many of the most common defenses to premises liability claims and their relative strengths in each state. Attorneys will also discuss the duties of home and business owners to invitees, licensees and trespassers. Finally, our attorneys will discuss key considerations for drafting successful motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment.
