WEBINAR: Defending the Empty Chair

Webinar
10.06.2022 | 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm EST

Attorneys Marvis Jenkins and Alex McDonald will host the webinar “Defending the Empty Chair,” on October 6, 2022, from 1-2 p.m. Eastern.

It has unfortunately become commonplace for litigation counsel to defend claims against an insured who refuses to cooperate with counsel and/or the insurer or otherwise become unavailable during the course of the litigation. Despite the non-cooperation of the insured, many of these cases make it to trial.

In this webinar, attorneys will discuss practice pointers for defending these cases from inception through trial.

The webinar will offer one general hour of continuing education credit for attendees registered with the Georgia Department of Insurance.

Click here to register. Instructions to join webinar will be emailed to registrants closer to the date of the program.
