Construction claims often lead to messy and complex litigation. In this webinar, Schatz and Farrell will address initial investigation best practices for claims professionals to streamline and bolster future litigation efforts.
The attorneys will also focus on early contractual and coverage considerations that affect litigated construction claims and how to effectively and efficiently address these issues.
The webinar will offer one general hour of continuing education credit (pending approval) for attendees registered with the Georgia Department of Insurance.
