Overview

Sarah V. Snipes is an associate attorney in Swift Currie’s Atlanta office who defends employers and insurers in workers’ compensation claims. Her clients include health professionals and providers, shipping and distribution companies, construction companies and small businesses to name a few.

Sarah has spent her entire professional career dedicated to workers' compensation law. She has successfully resolved hundreds of claims ranging from fraudulent to catastrophic. With experience working on all sides of workers’ compensation claims, Sarah has a unique perspective and knowledge of how the claimant and claimant's attorneys view and analyze claim handling and exposure

In her practice, Sarah prioritizes comprehensive analysis, strong channels of communication with her clients, transparency at all stages of claim handling, collaboration and an acute focus on her clients’ goals and concerns. 

Sarah earned her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law. She received her B.A. from Valdosta State University.
