Overview

Sarah R. Daley is an attorney practicing in Swift Currie’s litigation section, focusing on defending businesses and insurers in matters related to bad faith litigation, catastrophic injury and wrongful death, commercial litigation, insurance coverage and products liability. She is experienced in litigating complex matters on behalf of Fortune 500 companies in federal courts across the country.

Sarah served as a law clerk for two federal district court judges. Through her clerkships, Sarah developed a keen eye for how trial court judges and their staff will review and analyze cases and what information the court finds helpful at a given time. She utilizes this perspective to develop individualized defense strategies based on the details of each case.

Sarah makes it her top priority to address any concerns her clients may have to ensure they can trust that their case is handled with the utmost care and confidence.

Sarah earned her J.D. from University of Virginia School of Law. Prior, she received her M.S. from University of Alabama and her undergraduate degree from University of Southern Mississippi.
