Overview

Monique R. Brown-Dixon is an associate attorney in Swift Currie’s Atlanta office. She focuses her practice on matters pertaining to automobile litigation, commercial litigation, insurance coverage and premises liability.

Prior to joining Swift Currie, Monique served as an assistant district attorney in the Brunswick Judicial Circuit, where she represented the state of Georgia in felony and misdemeanor cases.

In Monique’s practice, she strives to give the utmost care to every case by analyzing legal issues and providing strategic solutions to reach a successful resolution. She provides a source of steady confidence in her mitigation process by listening to her clients’ questions and concerns and keeping everyone well informed through the litigation process. Monique prioritizes keeping a direct and swift mind when adapting to situations that may arise in the litigation process.

Monique earned her J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law. She received her B.S. from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
