Overview

Mason E. Borucki is an associate attorney in Swift Currie’s Atlanta office. He focuses his practice on matters pertaining to automobile litigation, catastrophic injuries and wrongful deaths, commercial litigation, insurance coverage, premises liability and sexual abuse/assault cases.

Mason strongly believes in providing a unique and personal problem-solving approach to complex legal issues. He strives to approach every case individually and focus on creating a litigation strategy plan specific to each case. In his practice, Mason makes it a point to ensure that his clients are aware of exactly what is going on in their cases by maintaining strong channels of open communication.

Prior to joining Swift Currie as an attorney, Mason served as a summer associate for the firm during law school.

Mason earned his J.D., cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law. He received his B.A. from Furman University.
