Overview

Laura (Nelson) Gable is an associate in the firm’s Atlanta office, focusing her practice on third-party insurance coverage and general liability defense. She has litigated matters in state and federal courts throughout Georgia and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Before joining Swift Currie as an attorney, Laura served as a summer associate for the firm during law school. Prior, she worked as a paralegal for a general practice firm in Atlanta, assisting individuals and corporations in a variety of litigation and transactional matters.

Laura earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she was inducted into the Order of the Coif. She was a published member and articles editor of the Georgia Law Review. Laura earned her undergraduate degrees from the University of Georgia.

In her free time, Laura enjoys hiking, cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs, and chasing after her energetic toddler.
