Overview
John "Jack" M. McCall is an attorney in Swift Currie’s Atlanta office. Jack specializes in the area of civil commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Swift Currie, Jack worked as a litigation associate at a boutique business litigation firm. Additionally, he clerked with several Superior Court Judges during his law school tenure. Jack has been the primary counsel for pharmaceutical testing facilities, gas stations, tech companies and numerous start-ups.
Jack has prosecuted and defended against million dollar claims and successfully resolved claims at a fraction of the value sought by the opposing party. Jack strives to assist his clients in navigating legal problems by giving them his full commitment and availability.
Jack earned his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law. Prior, he received a B.A. in both political science and studio art from Furman University.
