Delaney C. Holmes is an associate in Swift Currie’s Birmingham office representing employers, insurers and self-insureds in workers’ compensation and general liability matters.

Delaney focuses her practice on understanding clients’ needs and building the trust necessary for effective representation. She is known for her ability to communicate clearly, manage complex claims and guide clients through challenging situations with practical, solutions-oriented counsel.

Before joining Swift Currie, Delaney practiced at a mid-sized insurance defense firm in Birmingham, Alabama, where she gained valuable litigation experience.

She earned her J.D. from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law, where she was a member of the Cumberland Law Review and competed on the Mediation Team. She received her B.A. from the University of Alabama.
