Overview

Austin L. Albertson is an associate attorney in Swift Currie’s Atlanta office. He focuses his practice on automobile litigation, catastrophic injury and wrongful death suits, commercial litigation, insurance coverage, premises liability, property insurance and trucking litigation.

Austin joined Swift Currie with a background of primarily criminal and family law. Representing clients in those personal forums allows him to have a unique understanding of how personal law can be and how much a particularly client-connected attorney can help people through a hard time. He also has experience on the plaintiff’s-side of civil litigation, which allows him to understand the perspective of all sides in matters to work toward a more neutral path.

As a first-generation college graduate and attorney from a small town, Austin brings a unique perspective to his practice. He prioritizes maintaining strong connections with his clients in order to better help them through hard times.

Austin earned his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law. He received his B.A. from Clemson University.
