Overview

Walter Andrew “Andy” Jarrett is an attorney practicing in Swift Currie’s workers’ compensation section, defending employers and insurers in workers’ compensation claims throughout Georgia.

Prior to joining Swift Currie, Andy worked in workers’ compensation defense for seven years with another firm. He also has experience dealing with different types of employers as well as handling claims from inception to hearings, including appeals.

In his work, Andy prioritizes a straight-forward approach to handling claims. He strives to make himself always available to consult on issues, even when there may not yet be a claim.

Andy earned his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law. He received his B.A. from the University of the South.
