“Swift Currie Welcomes Two New Attorneys,” Metro Atlanta CEO, The Daily Report

Metro Atlanta CEO featured the arrival of Christopher Gifford as a senior attorney at Swift Currie and Brianna Tucker as an associate — both in the firm’s Atlanta office — in an online story on August 8, 2018.The Daily Report also published the news of their additions in the "On the Move" section on August 20, 2018.

“Our continued growth has bolstered our deeply experienced roster of attorneys comprised of diverse backgrounds, which furthers our clients’ ability to succeed in just about any type of litigation matter they may face,” said Terry O. Brantley, managing partner of Swift Currie. Their arrival to the firm elevates Swift Currie’s headcount to approximately 140 attorneys as the firm continues its strategy for client-focused growth.

Gifford counsels clients in workers’ compensation, with experience representing both employees and employers. In his role at Swift Currie, he represents employers, insurers and third-party administrators in litigated and non-litigated claims, including claims investigations, depositions, preparing reports to clients, settlement negotiations and hearings.

Tucker brings experience handling a variety of litigation matters including immigration, real estate, healthcare, cases of equity, domestic matters and the full spectrum of cases falling within the jurisdiction of Georgia Superior Courts.
