Maggiano's Perimeter Mall
06.26.2025 | 8:00 a.m. EST

Join Judge Rashida Oliver and the women of Swift Currie and for an eye-opening morning as we explore the subtle and often unseen ways bias shapes our work and our leadership.

This engaging and insightful session exploring how implicit bias can influence decision-making in the insurance, risk management and legal fields. We’ll unpack where these unconscious biases come from, how they can subtly shape our interactions with clients, colleagues and claimants, and what we can do to recognize and manage them. Designed with female professionals in mind, this program will incorporate mindfulness-based tools to help you respond with clarity and intention. Walk away with practical strategies to lead with awareness, empathy and confidence.

This event will take place on Thursday, June 26, 2025, at Maggiano's Perimeter Mall. Registration and breakfast will start at 8 a.m., while the presentation by Judge Rashida Oliver will begin at 8:30 a.m.

The program will provide one CE credit for attendees registered with the Georgia Department of Insurance.
