WEBINAR: How Agency Investigations, Reports and Citations Impact Your Case
Attorneys Mike Crawford and Gillian Crowl will host the webinar, "How Agency Investigations, Reports and Citations Impact Your Case," on May 20 from 1-2 p.m. Eastern.
Crawford and Crowl will discuss how citations and investigations affect defenses and discovery, as well as how to utilize police reports when investigating claims and damages. Additionally, they will cover how prior safety violations can impact the defense of a case and the admissibility of investigative reports in motions and at trial.
The webinar will offer one general hour of continuing education credit (pending approval) for attendees registered with the Georgia Department of Insurance.
